La revoca del testamento

The essay focuses on the revocation of testamentary provisions. Initially, within the first chapter, the testamentary vocation will be treated in general (characteristics of the will, essential and accidental elements and possible causes of disability); subsequently I will specifically analyze the act of revocation and its characteristics and the mandatory forms of revocation provided for by law. Finally, a brief mention will be made of the revocation of revocation.

L'elaborato è incentrato sulla revoca delle disposizioni testamentarie. Inizialmente, all'interno del primo capitolo, verrà trattata in generale la vocazione testamentaria ( caratteristiche del testamento, elementi essenziali ed accidentali ed eventuali cause di invalidità); successivamente analizzerò nello specifico l'atto di revoca e le sue caratteristiche e le forme tassative di revoca previste dalla legge. Infine verrà fatto un breve accenno alla revocazione della revocazione.
