The first chapter outlines the concept of storytelling, the second focuses on the brand, while the third presents a case study on Airbnb. Airbnb has excelled at using storytelling to connect emotionally with its audience, turning accommodation booking into an immersive and memorable experience.
Questo elaborato esamina l'applicazione della strategia dello storytelling nei brand, con un focus sul settore del turismo. Il primo capitolo delinea il concetto di storytelling, il secondo si concentra sul brand, mentre l'ultimo presenta il caso studio: Airbnb.
