Leveraging artificial intelligence techniques, particularly natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning, the chatbot aims to streamline the process of querying biological databases. This project focuses on developing the chatbot, encompassing implementation details, design considerations, data preprocessing techniques, and algorithmic approaches. As a use case, the database DisProt will be utilized to test the chatbot's functionality. Additionally, the project explores the potential benefits, limitations, and future directions of utilizing AI chatbots in biological databases.
