The role of Supply Chain Management is to efficiently integrate all activities aimed at satisfying the end customer and maximizing Supply Chain Surplus. One of the key aspects to consider when talking about developing the corporate Supply Chain is the ability to contribute effectively and efficiently to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The 17 goals, defined by the United Nations, are a strategy for achieving a better and more sustainable future for all; their knowledge and application contribute positively to a company's reputation and profit. The logistics sector, an integral part of the Supply Chain, manages and implements the flow of materials between different actors in the chain, causing a significant impact on sustainability. For this reason, analyzing the SDGs in the logistics sector is the curciale to answer the study's subject question "how can supply chains contribute to the achievement of the SDGs?" The study analyzes nine of the leading companies in the logistics services industry from an economic-financial perspective, with a special focus on the implementation of the SDGs, providing the reader with four concrete findings useful in understanding the significant impact logistics has in implementing the SDGs.

Il ruolo del Supply Chain Management è quello di integrare in modo efficiente tutte le attività volte a soddisfare il cliente finale e a massimizzare il Supply Chain Surplus. Uno degli aspetti chiave da considerare quando si parla di sviluppare la Supply Chain aziendale è la capacità di contribuire in modo efficace ed efficiente al raggiungimento degli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile (SDGs). I 17 obiettivi, definiti dall'Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite, costituiscono una strategia per raggiungere un futuro migliore e più sostenibile per tutti; la loro conoscenza e applicazione contribuiscono positivamente alla reputazione e al profitto di un'azienda. Lo studio analizza nove delle aziende leader nel settore dei servizi logistici dal punto di vista economico-finanziario, con un focus particolare sull'implementazione degli SDGs, fornendo al lettore quattro risultati concreti utili a comprendere l'impatto significativo che la logistica ha nell'implementazione degli SDGs.
