Palazzo Dottori-Venier, Baone (PD): dall’analisi al recupero

The following thesis focuses on the Palazzo Dottori-Venier , located in Baone (PD). After an analysis phase and a survey of the current situation, hypotheses for the recovery of the building are proposed, considering functional, structural, and thermal aspects. Different intervention solutions are proposed, including the reinforcement of floors with mixed wood-wood structures and overall energy improvement of the building

La seguente tesi ha come oggetto il palazzo Dottori-Venier, situato a Baone (PD). Dopo una fase di analisi e il rilievo dello stato di fatto si procede con delle ipotesi di recupero dell’edificio, dal punto vista funzionale, strutturale e termico, prevedendo varie soluzioni di intervento quali il rinforzo dei solai con strutture miste legno-legno e il miglioramento energetico globale dell’edificio.
