Globalization has interconnected markets, pushing companies to adopt continuous improvement models to stay competitive. Production planning and scheduling are essential to optimize resources and operational efficiency, balancing objectives like timely deliveries, quality, production capacity, and costs. This thesis examines an advanced scheduling system (Planner) to optimize these processes. Through process analysis and mapping, improvement solutions using advanced technologies were developed. The implementation of the Planner has improved quality, reliability, customer satisfaction, and resource efficiency. Effective production management requires balanced and adaptable methods to maintain competitiveness in an evolving global market.
La globalizzazione ha reso i mercati interconnessi, spingendo le aziende ad adottare modelli di miglioramento continuo per rimanere competitive. La pianificazione e schedulazione della produzione sono essenziali per ottimizzare risorse ed efficienza operativa, bilanciando obiettivi come consegne tempestive, qualità, capacità produttiva e costi. Questa tesi esamina un sistema avanzato di schedulazione (Planner) per ottimizzare questi processi. Attraverso l'analisi e la mappatura dei processi, sono state sviluppate soluzioni migliorative con tecnologie avanzate. L'implementazione del Planner ha migliorato qualità, affidabilità, soddisfazione del cliente ed efficienza delle risorse. Una gestione produttiva efficace richiede metodi equilibrati e adattabili per mantenere la competitività in un mercato globale in evoluzione.
