To investigate the affective well-being and cognitive workload of workers interacting with collaborative robots (cobots), we conducted a systematic literature review adhering to the PRISMA workflow model. Our search strategy encompassed the databases Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, and ACM Digital Library. The initial screening involved selecting articles based on specific keywords in the title and abstract, including "cognitive workload", "depression", "anxiety", "stress", "well-being", "collaborative robot", and "cobot". The subsequent screening entailed a thorough analysis of the full texts of the retrieved articles. Additionally, a snowballing technique was employed using relevant systematic reviews and meta-analyses identified during the first screening. Out of an initial pool of 2393 articles, 46 were ultimately included in our analysis. The findings revealed diverse impacts on affective well-being and cognitive workload, as well as the different measures employed to assess these factors, categorized into physiological and self-report instruments.
