In the current historical-cultural context, the theme of "Hearing voices" is inserted into a multiplicity of theories and discourses, outlining a fragmented and critical scenario, from a theoretical and managerial point of view. The need therefore emerges to equip oneself with cognitive methods to observe and manage the different discursive productions that community members adopt to generate and interact with respect to the topic. The objective of this paper is therefore to observe how the topic is discursively configured by the Community and, on the basis of these, what implications it is possible to anticipate in the management of the same. To pursue the objective, the results obtained from the "PsicoVoice" research project were used, which investigated the narratives offered by 268 respondents with direct (listeners) and indirect (family members, friends and professionals) experience of the topic. From this corpus, the paper focuses on two areas: how respondents describe the voices and their implications in everyday life. To observe and describe the discursive methods used by the roles interviewed and anticipate the related interactive consequences, the theoretical references of Dialogical Science and the MADIT methodology were used. The results show a prevalent use of discursive methods based on absolutizing personal theories which, by reducing the possibility of having other narratives, cement a negative configuration of the topic in the community, placing it as a factual reality. The use of these discursive methods allows us to anticipate that the management of critical issues related to the topic, rather than becoming an opportunity for change for the roles involved, contributes to typifying "Hearing Voices", predefining the interactive processes and undermining the effectiveness of the interventions themselves. Given the data collected and the theoretical-methodological references adopted, the paper concludes with operational proposals that can be adopted to intervene on the discursive methods used to configure the theme, interfere with the typification processes and therefore generate change.

Abstract
Given the data collected and the theoretical-methodological references adopted, the paper concludes with operational proposals that can be adopted to intervene on the discursive methods used to configure the theme, interfere with the typification processes and therefore generate change.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
