This paper addresses the issue of employment inclusion of people with disabilities. After an analysis of terms and constructs (such as disability, employment inclusion,...) found in the literature, the current situation in Italy is presented, which clearly shows that the employment of people with disabilities is still a distant goal. Next, the many advantages and benefits that employment inclusion policies can offer both companies and employees with disabilities are examined. In addition, challenges and problems that may arise are analyzed. Finally, the paper offers suggestions and strategies for the future, with the aim of promoting an increasingly inclusive world of work.
Questo elaborato affronta il tema dell'inclusione lavorativa delle persone con disabilità. Dopo un'analisi dei termini e dei costrutti (quali disabilità, inclusione lavorativa,...) presenti in letteratura, viene presentata la situazione attuale in Italia, che mostra chiaramente come l’occupazione delle persone con disabilità sia un obiettivo ancora distante. In seguito, vengono esaminati i molteplici vantaggi e benefici che le politiche di inclusione lavorativa possono offrire sia alle aziende sia ai dipendenti con disabilità. Inoltre, vengono analizzate le sfide e i problemi che possono emergere. Infine, l'elaborato propone suggerimenti e strategie per il futuro, con l'intento di promuovere un mondo del lavoro sempre più inclusivo.
