La tesi affronta tematiche quali la programmazione territoriale legate al turismo intelligente, con un particolare focus riguardante la città di Siviglia. Il concetto di Destination Management gioca un ruolo cruciale in questo contesto, poiché implica la gestione coordinata di tutte le risorse turistiche di una destinazione per migliorare l'esperienza del visitatore e promuovere lo sviluppo sostenibile. A Siviglia, il Destination Management si traduce in strategie mirate a valorizzare il patrimonio culturale e artistico, integrando le nuove tecnologie per ottimizzare i flussi turistici e migliorare i servizi offerti.
