This thesis explores the software development process through the implementation of a web module within an advanced CRM platform. During the internship, contexts were provided to deepen essential technologies and work methods, including object-oriented programming with Java for server-side development, front-end development with Angular and Typescript, and the use of relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and Postgres. The thesis documents the analysis of requirements, design, implementation, testing, and validation of the implemented module.
Questo lavoro di tesi esplora il processo di sviluppo software attraverso l'implementazione di un modulo web in una piattaforma CRM avanzata. Durante lo stage, sono stati forniti contesti per approfondire le tecnologie e i metodi di lavoro essenziali, tra cui la programmazione ad oggetti con Java per lo sviluppo lato server, lo sviluppo front-end con Angular e Typescript, e l'utilizzo di database relazionali come MySQL, MariaDB e Postgres. La tesi documenta l'analisi dei requisiti, la progettazione, l'implementazione, i test e la validazione del modulo implementato.
