Two-term silting complexes over gentle algebras

Gentle algebras are an important and rather large class of finite-dimensional algebras, characterised by particularly nice bound quivers. The aim of this work is to introduce and study the properties of their modules, and to give, in particular, a complete classification of their two-term silting complexes. The study of these objects is noteworthy since they control much of the homological structure of the algebra itself.
