This thesis entitled 'Reporting on corporate actions against pollution' addresses the following research question: how do companies document and communicate their actions against pollution and which practices are most effective? This question is relevant as transparency in environmental initiatives is crucial for corporate sustainability and stakeholder trust. The research will be developed through a review of existing literature (Boesso, 2012; Freeman, 1984), followed by the analysis of the identified key variables. Subsequently, specific business cases will be examined to assess the consistency of practices with the literature. The conclusions will offer a critical view of the differences and similarities between business practices and academic theories, highlighting innovative elements and areas for improvement.
