Aree verdi del comune di Padova: analisi ambientali e strutturali ai fini di pratiche di benessere in natura

The aim of this thesis work, carried out within the municipality of Padua, is to analyze environmentally and structurally some urban green areas in which activities for the promotion and prevention of both physical and mental health are planned to be carried out. Data were collected with reference to air quality, weather conditions and levels of noise and ambient light, as well as structural parameters, identifying the characteristics and peculiarities in the parks that could positively influence the development of this activities. The data collection was carried out with two methods: through the use of a specific tool for the detection of environmental parameters and through the consultation of the data made available by ARPAV. The results obtained were compared to determine the reliability of the instrument. The study carried out in each green area made it possible to provide useful information on the conditions to which the participants would be subjected during the activities.

Con questo lavoro di tesi, svolto all’interno del comune di Padova, si è voluto analizzare dal punto di vista ambientale e strutturale alcune aree verdi urbane nelle quali è previsto lo svolgimento di attività di promozione e prevenzione della salute sia fisica che mentale. Sono stati raccolti dati in riferimento alla qualità dell’aria, ad alcune condizioni meteorologiche e livelli di rumore e luce ambientale, oltre che parametri strutturali, individuando le caratteristiche e particolarità presenti nei parchi che potessero influenzare in modo positivo il loro svolgimento. La raccolta dati è stata effettuata con due metodi: attraverso l’utilizzo di uno strumento specifico per il rilevamento di parametri ambientali e tramite la consultazione dei dati messi a disposizione da ARPAV. I risultati ottenuti sono stati confrontati per determinare l’affidabilità dello strumento. Lo studio effettuato in ciascuna area verde ha consentito di fornire informazioni utili sulle condizioni a cui sarebbero sottoposti i partecipanti durante le attività.
