Il pluralismo religioso come opportunità di crescita all'interno del contesto scolastico italiano

In an Italian school context that interfaces with religious pluralism on a daily basis, it is necessary to know the different religions and what they can mean for the individual and the group. Outlining religious pluralism as an opportunity for growth and not a constraint is the first step towards a coexistence based on well-being. The first chapter deals with religious pluralism in the European context, highlighting its definition, the evolution of this in the French, Spanish and Italian contexts, and finally the issue of religious devotion. In the second chapter, the thesis will analyse religious pluralism in the Italian school context: national, regional and local regulations; religious symbols in schools and the problems encountered within the educational context related to religious pluralism. In the third chapter, education on religious diversity in schools aimed at teachers, students and parents will be explored. Practical examples of active activities in the Veneto region will also be presented. In the fourth and last chapter, finally, a survey project carried out by the student with a sample of 50 boys and girls attending secondary schools in the Vicenza area will be addressed, touching on all the aspects dealt with in the various chapters of the thesis.

In un contesto scolastico italiano che si interfaccia quotidianamente con il pluralismo religioso è necessario conoscere le diverse religiorni e ciò che queste possono significare per il singolo e il gruppo. Delineare il pluralismo religioso come un'opportunità di crescita e non un vincolo rappresenta il primo passo per una convivenza fondata sul benessere. Il primo capitolo tratta del pluralismo religioso nel contesto europeo, evidenziando la sua definizione, l'evoluzione di questo nel contesto Francese, Spagnolo ed Italiano, infine si andrà ad approfondire la tematica della devozione religiosa. Nel secondo capitolo, la tesi di laurea si occuperà di analizzare il pluralismo religioso nel contesto scolastico italiano: la normativa nazionale, regionale e locale; i simboli religiosi negli istituti scolastici e le problematiche riscontrate all'interno del contesto formativo legate al pluralismo religioso. Nel terzo capitolo si approfondirà l'educazione alla diversità religiosa negli istituti scolastici rivolta ad insegnanti, studenti e genitori. Inoltre verranno presentati esempi pratici di attività attive presenti sul territorio Veneto. Nel quarto ed ultimo capitolo infine verrà affrontato un progetto di indagine effettuato dalla studentessa con un campione di 50 ragazzi/e frequentanti le scuole secondarie di primo grado nel territorio di Vicenza che toccherà tutti gli aspetti trattati nei diversi capitoli della tesi di laurea.
