This paper is devoted to the study of ways of applying digital servitization in the development strategy in relation to such type of business as industrial production. The authors conducted an internal and external analysis of the Italian industrial company ICI Caldaie and analyzed the needs of the company and its customers. As a result of this research, the authors proposed alternative options for the strategic development of the company using digital tools.
