A specific case will be studied that refers to a particular moment of crisis in a company and the aim will be to reach the hypothetical solution that could have been implemented in this case to resolve it. In the course, the practical case will be followed by more technical and theoretical explanations of the cognitive-psychological mechanisms and decision-making processes implemented by the consumer, influenced by emotions.
Verrà trattato un caso specifico che fa riferimento ad un particolare momento di crisi di un'azienda e lo scopo sarà quello di raggiungere l'ipotetica soluzione che si sarebbe potuta mettere in atto in quel caso per risolverlo. Nel percorso, a partire dal caso pratico, seguiranno spiegazioni più tecniche e teoriche di meccanismi psicologici cognitivi e processi decisionali attuati dal consumatore, influenzati dalle emozioni.
