This platform, in particular, offers young people a space to express themselves through short and engaging videos rich in emotional content. This study examines how young people use TikTok to share negative emotions, exploring the impact of digital platforms on emotional management and the construction of individual and collective identity. Through the analysis of significant case studies, the research aims to provide practical guidelines to promote the mental and emotional well-being of young people in the digital environment, contributing to a better understanding of the emotional mechanisms influenced by social media.
I social media, come TikTok, sono diventati strumenti cruciali per la comunicazione e la condivisione delle emozioni, incluse quelle negative. Questa piattaforma, in particolare, offre ai giovani uno spazio per esprimere se stessi attraverso video brevi e coinvolgenti, ricchi di contenuti emotivi. Questo studio esamina come i giovani utilizzano TikTok per condividere le emozioni negative, esplorando l'impatto delle piattaforme digitali sulla gestione emotiva e sulla costruzione dell'identità individuale e collettiva.
