This thesis focus on the persistent link between the right to education and economic development. The main assumption lies in the lack of concrete realization of the right to education. The lack of this right doesn't let the school democratization, in certain countries. Specifically, it examines the situation in Congo regarding child labour an the project implemented by the nonprofit organization "Still I Rise" which actively work in specific contexts to ensure schooling .
La tesi tratta del raccordo persistente tra diritto all'istruzione e sviluppo economico. L'assunto precipuo risiede nella mancata concretizzazione del diritto all'istruzione e dunque un'insussistente democratizzazione scolastica in vari paesi. Nel dettaglio viene vagliata la situazione del Congo in merito al lavoro minorile e il progetto attuato dalla ONLUS "Still I Rise". Essa opera attivamente in determinati contesti proprio per assicurare la scolarizzazione.
