The following thesis addresses the issue linked to the mask not only as an object but also as a tool for revealing the self, analyzing it within a theatrical, social, anthropological and psychosocial context in its many facets. The aspect of authenticity in education is also explored in depth, as well as the analysis of the role played by educational figures such as the educator, the drama therapist and the teacher in the relational context with the students. Finally, the research object will be presented through the mask-mirror combination, whose boundaries are sometimes blurred and not well delineated.
La seguente tesi affronta la tematica legata alla maschera non solo come oggetto ma anche come strumento di rivelazione del sé, analizzandola all’interno di un contesto teatrale, sociale, antropologico e psicosociale nelle sue plurime sfaccettature. Viene inoltre approfondito l’aspetto dell’autenticità in educazione, oltre all'analisi del ruolo che assumono figure educative quali ad esempio l'educatore, il drammaterapeuta e l'insegnante nel contesto relazionale con gli educandi. Per finire, verrà presentato l'oggetto di ricerca attraverso il binomio maschera-specchio, i cui confini sono talvolta sfumati e non ben delineati.
