This research examines the existence of a double standard in the Foreign Policy of the European Union, focusing on the Russian-Ukrainian and Israeli-Palestinian conflicts. Through an analysis of the official European institutions documents, in particular resolutions of the European Parliament, communiqués of the European Commission and declarations of the Council of the European Union, this research tries to identify discrepancies in the policies and approaches adopted. The investigation aims to understand how differences in geopolitical contexts can influence EU decisions, leading to potentially unequal treatment. This thesis aims to contribute to the understanding of the coherence and transparency of European Foreign Policy, highlighting the implications of a possible double standard and suggesting recommendations to promote a more balanced and uniform approach in the management of international conflicts.
