I beni comuni

The thesis deals with common goods, starting from their definition and their development over time from the Middle Ages to the contemporary age. He continues with an in-depth analysis of common goods as fundamental rights, which satisfy the needs for the survival of the community. It also deals with the tragedy of the commons and therefore the unfolding of the debate between Garrett Hardin and Elinor Ostrom. Finally, the analysis of the regulation of the common goods of Padua, highlighting the characteristics of the act.

La tesi tratta dei beni comuni, a partire dalla loro definizione e al loro sviluppo nel tempo dal medioevo all’età contemporanea. Prosegue con un approfondimento sui beni comuni come diritti fondamentali, che soddisfano i bisogni per la sopravvivenza della collettività. Inoltre tratta della tragedia dei beni comuni e quindi lo svolgimento del dibattito tra Garrett Hardin ed Elinor Ostrom. Infine l’analisi del regolamento dei beni comuni di Padova, mettendo in luce le caratteristiche dell’atto.
