The thesis will deal with the advent of Napoleon after the French Revolution and the emanation of its civil code. Later the story of how the Kingdom of the two Sicilies and its code was unified will be addressed. The relative differences between the two codes will be analyzed with particular regard to the theme of marriage and divorce.
La tesi tratterà dell’avvento di Napoleone dopo la rivoluzione francese e l’emanazione del suo codice civile. In seguito verrà affrontata la storia di come è stato unificato il Regno delle due Sicilie e del relativo codice. Verranno analizzate le relative differenze tra i due codici con particolare riguardo al tema del matrimonio e del divorzio.
