Supermarkets are one of the most visited places on a daily basis. These are very often praised for the work and availability of their workers, but what consumers do consider is the work load and the restrictions that this type of work comes with. The objective of this study is to understand the relational dynamics underlying large-scale retail trade, especially referring to the literature relating to emotional labor and tertiarisation processes. Within the following analysis, by carrying out various interviews, it was possible to identify different kinds of relationships with customers, these can range from a simple transaction to a widespread bond, which affects every area of the lives of workers. However, interacting with customers implies following the employer's rules, both from a procedural and aesthetic point of view. In these contexts there are also various support groups, they form between colleagues who share common experiences and are one of the means by which collaborators cope with uncomfortable conditions. Paduan supermarkets are one of the places, in which the destructuring processes can be fully understood and the answers of the employees vary, they can go from a simple strategic organization to a restructuring of family dynamics.

Abstract
Paduan supermarkets are one of the places, in which the destructuring processes can be fully understood and the answers of the employees vary, they can go from a simple strategic organization to a restructuring of family dynamics.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
