The interaction between the environment and human behavior is fundamental to understanding the dynamics that influence decisions and behavior. This study explores sport psychology, emotional intelligence and mind management techniques, highlighting the importance of the environment. Sports psychology has evolved to improve performance through mental training, while emotional intelligence enables athletes to manage emotions and stress. The theories of Kurt Lewin, George Kelly and Urie Bronfenbrenner analyze how the environment affects behavior. Recognizing environmental influence allows for more effective interventions and greater awareness of psychological resources. In conclusion, it can be stated how usually the link between social environment and human behavior is not taken into account, when in fact multiple decisions, attitudes and behaviors are dictated by the influence that the surrounding environment has on the individual. It is only when this assumption is assimilated that one can intervene through effective strategies
