The aim of this study is to investigate the relationships that exist between some psychological constructs, inserting them into a theoretical plan that examines some models, including the Job Demands Resourses Model (Demerouti et al., 2001) and the allostatic load model (McEwen, 1998). In particular, in this thesis work we want to analyze the relationship between interpersonal conflict and intention of turnover in organizations, related to the oscillations (in 5 times) of the levels of three biomarkers of malaise and resilience to stress, in particular cortisol (HCC), DHEA(S) and allopregnanolone, detected through hair samples.
Il presente studio ha come obiettivo quello di indagare le relazioni che esistono tra alcuni costrutti psicologici, inserendole all’interno di un piano teorico che prende in esame alcuni modelli, tra cui il Job Demands Resourses Model (Demerouti et al., 2001) e il modello del carico allostatico (McEwen, 1998). In particolare, in questo lavoro di tesi si vuole analizzare il rapporto che esiste tra conflitto interpersonale e intenzione di turnover nelle organizzazioni, correlati alle oscillazioni (in 5 tempi) dei livelli di tre biomarcatori di malessere e resilienza allo stress, in particolare il cortisolo (HCC), il DHEA(S) e l'allopregnanolone, rilevati attraverso dei campioni di capelli.
