The fascia is a multi-layered biological structure which, among its various functions, also acts as a connection between the various body areas, improving muscle synergy and distributing the load distribution in a more homogeneous way. It sometimes happens that this type of tissue undergoes modifications and that its functions are somehow altered, also affecting the results of the sporting discipline. If neglected, these alterations at the fascial level can cause problems, sometimes even serious ones. Incorrect functioning of the fascia in one body area can generate changes even remotely, with the potential onset of pain, incorrect postural compensations or dysmorphism. To prevent this from happening, fascial treatment can be used in its various forms of application (active and passive). Given that every individual is subject to more or less serious fascial alterations, the question this thesis aims to answer is the following: "By bringing the fascial tissue back to its homeostasis, how much can performance improve?". In this paper, the behavior of the deep layer of fascial tissue will be mainly considered, as it is in direct contact with the muscles.

Abstract
In this paper, the behavior of the deep layer of fascial tissue will be mainly considered, as it is in direct contact with the muscles.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
