IL PROBLEMA DELLA TRANSIZIONE DIGITALE IN ITALIA

The theme of the thesis is to analyze the problem of the digital transition in Italy. For years we have been talking about digital with the aim of making technological processes simpler and faster, for the benefit of public employees and for both external users who have services, namely businesses and citizens. Due to the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, citizens involved during this historical period found themselves having to change their habits in approaching the digital world.

Il tema della tesi trattato va ad analizzare il problema della transizione digitale in Italia. Da anni si continua a parlare del digitale con l’obiettivo di rendere più semplici e più rapidi i processi tecnologici, a favore dei dipendenti pubblici e sia per utenti esterni in possesso di servizi, ovvero imprese e cittadini. A causa dell’arrivo della pandemia del Covid-19, i cittadini coinvolti durante questo periodo storico, si sono trovati a dover cambiare le proprie abitudini nell’approcciarsi nel mondo digitale.
