The digital revolution of the last twenty years has made possible an economic transiction on digital platforms. The aim of this study is to analyse violations of workers' rights in this area. To better describe the phenomenon, it is offered an example to illustrate how well-managed platforms are possible.
La rivoluzione digitale degli ultimi vent'anni ha reso possibile una transizione economica su piattaforme digitali. L'obiettivo di questo studio è analizzare le violazioni in tale ambito dei diritti dei lavoratori. Per meglio descrivere il fenomeno viene illustrato un esempio su come sia possibile governare il fenomeno in maniera virtuosa.
