This thesis explores the concept of quality of life in children with disabilities in their early years, through an observational study on the application of the "F-words for Child Development" method in the reality of the Ass. "Our Family" of Conegliano (TV). This method, developed in an international context, proposes an approach centred on six key words (Function, Family, Fitness, Fun, Friends, Future) that promote a multidisciplinary and multidimensional vision of the child, focusing on its strengths and potential rather than its limitations. The objective of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of the application of "F-words" in the field of vocational education and rehabilitation, through a questionnaire created specifically for parents involved in the project "6F" by the above mentioned association. The data collected from the questionnaire shows that the integration of this method positively affects the development of skills, family and social relationships, and the active participation of children and young people in daily life. Research results suggest that the "F-words" approach can significantly contribute to improving the quality of life of children with disabilities by promoting a multidisciplinary and multi-dimensional harmonic intervention, facilitating a more inclusive growth path.
