The literature review that was conducted is to analyse when burn-out syndrome is present among nurses globally, which tools are most used for the detection of this syndrome and to check if there are any preventive or remedial interventions in the literature that can help health professionals in preventing or treating this silent syndrome.

La revisione della bibliografica che è stata condotta va ad analizzare quando la sindrome da Burn-out sia presente tra gli infermieri a livello globale, quali strumenti vengono maggiormente utilizzati per la rilevazione di tale sindrome e verificare se all'interno della letteratura ci siano degli interventi preventivi o riparatori che possono aiutare i professionisti sanitari nel prevenire o trattare tale sindrome silente.
