Artificial intelligence (AI) has assumed a critical role in the global corporate landscape, profoundly influencing various operational and strategic aspects. This thesis aims to analyze the integration of AI systems within enterprises, highlighting the benefits, challenges, and future implications for the corporate world and workers. Specifically, it will demonstrate how the anticipated economic benefits from the optimization of business processes make the adoption of such technologies indispensable for maintaining global market competitiveness. However, such adoption must be implemented in compliance with existing regulations, not only for compliance reasons but also to mitigate the impact of artificial intelligence on employees, especially concerning the protection of personal data. This thesis will argue that the promised benefits of AI technologies can only be realized if companies operate in accordance with the rights of individuals, primarily their employees, by adopting AI solutions in an ethical and responsible manner. For this reason, the correct implementation of these systems requires careful consideration of ethical and legal implications, as well as a commitment to protecting workers' rights. Only through a balanced and thoughtful approach can companies fully exploit the potential of artificial intelligence while ensuring a fair and safe work environment.

Abstract
Only through a balanced and thoughtful approach can companies fully exploit the potential of artificial intelligence while ensuring a fair and safe work environment.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
