This thesis analyzes the condition of migrant minors in Italy, focusing on the profiles of discrimination in access to school education. In a context characterized by increasing migratory flows and increasing ethnic and cultural diversification. The research aims to analyze the role of the educational system and the challenges that migrant minors encounter in their school career. It is divided into four main chapters whose final objective is to contribute to the debate on the school integration of migrant minors, offering an overview of the current challenges and proposing practical solutions to reduce educational and social inequalities.
La presente tesi analizza la condizione dei minori migranti in Italia, concentrandosi sui profili di discriminazione nell’accesso all’istruzione scolastica. In un contesto caratterizzato da flussi migratori crescenti e da una crescente diversificazione etnica e culturale. La ricerca si propone di analizzare il ruolo del sistema educativo e le sfide che i minori migranti incontrano nel loro percorso scolastico. Si articola in quattro capitoli principali il cui obiettivo finale é quello di contribuire al dibattito sull’integrazione scolastica dei minori migranti, offrendo una panoramica delle attuali sfide e proponendo soluzioni pratiche per ridurre le disuguaglianze educative e sociali.
