Il Regolamento EU 1689/2024: potenzialità e limiti per la protezione dei diritti umani

In this thesis, I will discuss how artificial intelligence influences human rights, assessing the risks and benefits that certain rights will face. I will present an analysis of a specific case, and finally, I will focus on the EU regulation, examining its limitations, potential, and objectives.

In questa tesi tratterò come l'intelligenza artificiale influenza i diritti umani, valutando i rischi e i vantaggi che alcuni diritti affronteranno. Presenterò un' analisi di una situazione specifica ed infine mi soffermerò sul regolamento EU, su i suoi limiti, le sue potenzialità ed gli obiettivi.
