This paper is based on the internship experience in the Municipality of Albignasego and deals with the analysis of user satisfaction following the services offered by some offices. The internship period lasted 350 hours and took place in the months June - September 2022. These are the surveys that the Municipality carries out every year, are part of the Executive Management Plan (PEG), and which are used as indicators of the level of satisfaction of users who receive a service also serve to understand which aspects to intervene on to improve the service. The survey is carried out in two directions; one concerning citizens who received a service from the organisation's offices and the other, an internal survey, concerning employee satisfaction with the services offered by some offices. This type of survey, also included in the PEG, serves to understand which offices try to offer satisfactory services, also from the perspective of a relationship between colleagues. Both surveys were carried out at the same time.
Questo elaborato si basa sull'esperienza di stage fata nel Comune di Albignasego e tratta l'analisi della soddisfazione degli utenti a seguito dei servizi offerti da alcuni uffici. Il periodo di stage ha avuto una durata di 350 ore e si è svolta nei mesi giugno - settembre 2022. Si tratta delle indagini che il Comune fa ogni anno, fanno parte del Piano Esecutivo di Gestione(PEG), e che vengono usati come indicatori del livello di soddisfazione degli utenti che ricevono un servizio, inoltre, servono a capire su quali aspetti intervenire per migliorare il servizio. L'indagine è svolta in due direzioni; una riguardante i cittadini che ricevevano un servizio dagli uffici dell'Ente e l'altra, indagine interna, riguardante la soddisfazione dei dipendenti per i servizi offerti da alcuni uffici. Questo tipo di indagine, inclusa anche questa nel PEG, serve a capire quali uffici cercano di offrire servizi soddisfacenti, nell’ottica anche di un rapporto tra colleghi. Entrambe le indagini sono state effettuate contemporaneamente.
