The purpose of this thesis is to illustrate the technologies and tools of portfolio management in Cybertec. Specifically, the "as-is" and "to-be" situations regarding the tools used for portfolio management by one of the company’s consulting teams are described and analyzed. The thesis is divided into several parts: the first part presents the theoretical concepts of project management, outlining various methodologies and analyzing the evolution of project management techniques within Cybertec. The second chapter provides an overview of the company’s history and structure. The third chapter focuses on Jira Software, detailing its application for managing corporate projects. Chapters four and five introduce the theoretical foundations of portfolio management, its relationship with project management, and an analysis of the current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") states within Cybertec. Finally, chapter six examines the detailed application of portfolio management techniques using the RSP (Resilient Service Planning) module of Cyberplan, the core product offered by Cybertec.
