This study aims to analyze the spatio-temporal distribution of some leafhoppers in a vineyard contiguous to a woodland area, with the objective of evaluating the influence of wild vegetation on the colonization of vineyards by vectors (known or putative) of phytoplasmas associated with Flavescence dorée. The research was conducted during the 2024 growing season in a farm located in the Jesolo municipality (Venezia district). From the results obtained, the presence of the woodland did not influence the distribution of Scaphoideus titanus nor of other FDp vectors. A number of selected species showed aggregations in the woodland but not in vineyards while the opposite situation has been observed less frequently. The latter require further investigations.
Il presente elaborato punta ad analizzare la distribuzione spazio-temporale di alcune cicaline in un vigneto contiguo ad un'area boschiva, con l'obiettivo di valutare l'influenza della vegetazione spontanea sulla colonizzazione dei vigneti da parte dei vettori, accertati o presunti, di fitoplasmi associati a Flavescenza dorata. La ricerca è stata condotta durante la stagione vegetativa 2024 in un’azienda situata nel comune di Jesolo (Venezia). Dai risultati emersi, la presenza del bosco non ha avuto un’influenza significativa sulla distribuzione di Scaphoideus titanus né di altri vettori noti nei vigneti. Una parte delle specie indagate ha manifestato aggregazioni nell’area boschiva ma non nei vigneti mentre il comportamento opposto è stato riscontrato in un numero minore di casi che, tuttavia, meritano di essere approfonditi.
