In an increasingly competitive labor market, soft skills are essential for promoting organizational well-being and improving performance. Although in the past the focus was primarily on basic skills (or hard skills), today soft skills are gaining increasing importance for their contribution to fostering collaboration through effective communication, as well as enhancing problem-solving abilities, leadership, creativity, and innovation—key elements for addressing the current challenges of the workplace. The purpose of this study is to identify how the training and development of soft skills can influence the work environment and employee well-being within the context of a social cooperative in Rovigo, analyzing their impact and demonstrating how their enhancement can improve both the work environment and organizational sustainability.
In un mercato del lavoro sempre più competitivo, le competenze trasversali sono essenziali per la promozione del benessere organizzativo e il miglioramento delle performance. Sebbene in passato l'attenzione sia stata concentrata principalmente sulle competenze di base (o hard skills), al giorno d’oggi le competenze trasversali stanno acquisendo crescente rilevanza per il loro contributo nel favorire la collaborazione tramite una comunicazione efficace oltre a potenziare la capacità di problem solving, la leadership, la creatività e l’innovazione, elementi chiave per affrontare le sfide attuali del mondo del lavoro . Lo scopo di questo studio consiste nell'identificare il modo in cui la formazione e lo sviluppo delle soft skills possono influenzare il clima lavorativo e il benessere dei dipendenti nel contesto di una cooperativa sociale di Rovigo, analizzando l’impatto di queste ultime e dimostrando come la loro valorizzazione possa migliorare sia l'ambiente di lavoro che la sostenibilità organizzativa.
