This thesis deals with the technological question starting from a short critical-genealogical reconstruction of the historical process of technological evolution, taking into account the contribution of some authors on the subject in question. Following a brief presentation of the history of the main digital media, it was possible to identify the new educational emergencies posed by the new media to today’s young people, underlining that the effects of new media represent a major challenge for education. The ultimate aim is to rethink our view of new media at school, so in the last chapter we try to understand what are the reactions to such emergencies and we aim to rethink the way we conceive the role of the teacher and space-time in the classroom, highlighting above all the importance of real experience in school.
La presente tesi di laurea tematizza la questione tecnologica a partire da una breve ricostruzione critica-genealogica del processo storico dell’evoluzione tecnologica, tenendo conto del contributo di alcuni autori a proposito del tema in questione. In seguito ad una breve presentazione della storia dei principali media digitali, è stato possibile individuare quali sono le nuove emergenze pedagogiche poste dai nuovi media ai giovani d’oggi, sottolineando come gli effetti dei nuovi media rappresentino una grande sfida per la didattica. Il fine ultimo è quello di ripensare il nostro sguardo nei confronti dei nuovi media a scuola, dunque, nell’ultimo capitolo, si cerca di comprendere quali siano le reazioni di fronte a tali emergenze e ci si prefigge di ripensare il modo di concepire il ruolo dell’insegnante e lo spazio-tempo in aula, evidenziando soprattutto l’importanza dell’esperienza reale a scuola.
