(2016) and Allan et al. (2015), support the significant role of career calling in enhancing life satisfaction and well-being. The research considers alternative explanations, such as cultural differences and psychological factors, with studies like Douglass, Duffy, and Autin (2016) demonstrating cross-cultural relevance. The thesis suggests that fostering a sense of calling in employees can improve job satisfaction, engagement, and overall quality of life. Future research should focus on establishing causality, exploring cultural variations, and developing interventions.
