The advent of artificial intelligence represents one of the most significant technological innovations of recent decades, with a disruptive impact on various sectors including the scientific, economic, healthcare, legal and especially the workplace. This thesis analyzes the relationship between AI and the world of work, examining how this technology is radically changing work dynamics and legal interventions both by national and European legislators, aimed at regulating new corporate organizational structures and related protections. of the staff.
L’avvento dell’intelligenza artificiale rappresenta una delle innovazioni tecnologiche più signifi-cative degli ultimi decenni, con un impatto dirompente su vari settori tra i quali quello scientifico, economico, sanitario, giuridico ed in particolar modo l’ambito lavorativo. Questa tesi analizza la relazione tra l’IA ed il mondo del lavoro approfondendo come questa tecnologia stia modificando radicalmente le dinamiche lavorative e gli interventi giuridici sia da parte del legislatore nazionale, che europeo, volti a regolare i nuovi assetti organizzativi aziendali e le relative tutele del personale.
