This experimental thesis explores the fundamental role of events in contemporary society, analyzing their distinctive characteristics and economic, social, and cultural significance. Events are presented as strategic tools for communication and marketing, capable of facilitating meaningful interactions between businesses and consumers. It highlights how effective planning and management of events can generate memorable experiences and build lasting relationships, thereby contributing to economic growth and local promotion. Through qualitative interviews with industry professionals, the research aims to analyze how new technologies are transforming the design and experience of events, providing a comprehensive view of the sector's dynamics in a rapidly evolving context.
Questa tesi sperimentale esplora il ruolo fondamentale degli eventi nella società contemporanea, analizzando le loro caratteristiche distintive e l'importanza economica, sociale e culturale. Gli eventi vengono presentati come strumenti strategici per la comunicazione e il marketing, in grado di facilitare interazioni significative tra aziende e consumatori. Si evidenzia come la pianificazione e la gestione efficace degli eventi possano generare esperienze memorabili e costruire relazioni durature, contribuendo così alla crescita economica e alla promozione del territorio. Attraverso interviste qualitative con professionisti del settore, la ricerca si propone di analizzare in che modo le nuove tecnologie stiano trasformando la progettazione e l'esperienza degli eventi, offrendo una visione completa delle dinamiche del settore in un contesto in rapida evoluzione.
