This document treats the social,cultural and political changings in the development of the Modernism in Latin America between the eighteen and ninenteen centuries. A cultural moviment that shows the negative effects of the industrialization that came as an huriccane into citizen's life. The frist to embody this themes is Rubén Dario with his poem "Azul", a collections of teals in wich he does an introspective analyses on the mental health of the protagonists. He approaches the literature of the russian writer, Fedor Dostoevskij in "Delitto e Castigo", who is one of the first to treat psicological themes inside of his works, thanks to the analyses of Freud's studies above this inner side of humang being. Furthermore there is a specific concentration on one of the the tales inside of the latin american poet collection, "El Pajaro Azul", in which the protagonist is imprisoned inside of a cage that represents society. The only way to get out of it, finding the freedom, is to kill himself helping the bluebird inside of him to find peace and liberty. Another connection is made with "The Bluebird", a poetry of Charles Bucowski in wich the author uses the same animal of Rubén Darìo to represent that inner soul that wants to escape from a society full of bad habits that make people sink into abyss.

Abstract
