Abstract
To decode the complex nature of human language is one of the crucial challenges for cognitive science. This thesis examines the evolution of language studies from its foundations in the view of recent avant-garde developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence. A reflection is developed on the transition from the generativist models of N. Chomsky to the neural models used by V. Pirrelli, emphasising the overcoming of traditional theoretical paradigms in the understanding of morpho-syntactic structures. The research demonstrates the essential rootedness of linguistic processing to the biological sphere of the individual, revealing how Artificial Intelligence is not only a mere simulation tool, but also a source of fascinating discoveries in the analysis of cognitive processes.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
