This thesis analyzes the use and influence of anglicisms in German, in particular in the language of fashion in social media. The paper is divided into two sections. In the first part it is presented what anglicisms are, the reason for their use and it reflects on anglicisms in the language of fashion and social media. In the second part of the paper, the anglicisms present in Instagram posts are analyzed to identify their linguistic characteristics and the frequency with which they are found.
Questa tesi analizza l’uso e l’influenza degli anglicismi nel tedesco, in particolare nel settore della moda nei social media. L’elaborato è suddiviso in due sezioni. Nella prima parte vengono presentati cosa sono gli anglicismi, il perché del loro utilizzo e si riflette sugli anglicismi nel linguaggio della moda e dei social media. Nella seconda parte dell’elaborato, vengono analizzati gli anglicismi presenti nei post di Instagram per individuarne le caratteristiche linguistiche e la frequenza con cui si trovano.
