La tesi tratta tramite studi di testi e saggi su come l'utilizzo dell'intelligenza artificiale possa essere impiegata nell'ambito comunicativo dell'azienda, partendo da uno studio su cosa sia l'intelligenza artificiale e sugli usi che vengono impiegati fino al giorno d'oggi fino ad arrivare a descrivere i vari utilizzi che si possono fare nel citato ambito.
