This thesis was developed during an internship at Bertagni 1882 S.p.A, a company specializing in the production of fresh filled and smooth pasta. The objective of the project was to reduce the setup time of two production lines. By applying SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) and 5S methodologies, the setup time was successfully reduced, increasing the availability of the lines.
Il presente elaborato è stato sviluppato nel corso di un periodo di stage svolto in Bertagni 1882 S.p.A, azienda produttrice di pasta fresca ripiena e liscia. L'obiettivo del progetto è stato quello di ridurre i tempi di attrezzaggio di due linee produttive. Tramite l’applicazione delle metodologie SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) e 5S si è riuscito a ridurre i tempi di set up, aumentando la disponibilità delle linee.
