Il codice civile parmense: uno studio sull'eredità giuridica di Maria Luigia

The thesis focuses on the life of Maria Luigia, her tenure in the Duchy of Parma and the enactment of the Parma civil code, in particular on its structure and the definition of locatio operarum. I will describe the origin and foundation of the Duchy of Parma and its social, economic and political situation, and how the Parma civil code influenced the life (especially working) of the citizens.

La tesi di laurea si concentrerà sulla vita di Maria Luigia, la sua permanenza al Ducato di Parma e l'emanazione dell'importantissimo codice civile parmense, in particolar modo sulla sua struttura e la definizione di locatio operarum. Descriverò l'origine e fondazione del Ducato di Parma e la sua situazione sociale, economica, e politica e di come il codice civile parmense abbia influenzato la vita (specialmente lavorativa) dei cittadini.
