The evolution brought about by robotics has inevitably spread to all sectors, especially in services, among which finance and banking advice stand out. Aided by the pandemic period that has forced a revision of the bank-user relationship, Fintech and the Robo Advisor are positioning themselves as new cornerstones of financial and insurance advice. If by Fintech we mean the mingling of finance and technology, Robo Advisor is instead the tool with which advice makes use of artificial intelligence and algorithms to personalise and supervise users' investment choices on the new online platforms as in the more classic credit institutions. The work focuses on explaining and deepening the concept of Robo Advisor in the Banking and Wealth management sector, giving as exhaustive a description as possible and exploring its development stages, currently 4.0, as well as its forms of use, among which the physical-digital hybrid stands out above all. However, the advantages of multi-functionality, speed and customisation are set against the doubts of reliability, safety and regulation of the rapidly expanding sector. The specific case study will be on the comparison between the Scalable Capital platform Moneyfarm.

Abstract
The specific case study will be on the comparison between the Scalable Capital platform Moneyfarm.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
