La rilevanza della sostenibilità non finanziaria nei rapporti tra banca ed impresa

The dissertation aims at analysing the relationships that occur between banks and companies for the achievement of sustainable development goals, in light of the recent European legislative framework developments, concerning the non-financial sustainability within the banking and corporate sector. After defining the non-financial sustainability, it will be examined all the relevant provisions impacting both the banking and corporate sectors, as well as the different means of sustainable financing currently available for companies.

L'elaborato analizza, alla luce dell'evoluzione normativa europea sulla sostenibilità non finanziaria del settore bancario e societario, quali sono i rapporti che intercorrono tra banca ed impresa per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sviluppo sostenibile. Dopo aver inquadrato l'etimologia della sostenibilità non finanziaria, verrà analizzata la normativa di riferimento che impatta tanto il settore bancario quanto quello societario, giungendo poi ad analizzare le diverse modalità di finanziamento sostenibile riservate alle imprese.
